The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 04.05.2023, registered under Sections 186, 120-B IPC and Section 72 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 384 and 201 IPC added later on) at Police Station Jhojhu Kalan, Charkhi Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the petitioner has surrendered before the Illaqa Magistrate.
