(Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 88, dated 21.08.2018, under Sections 354-D, 450, 376, 506 IPC, under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and under Section 3 of the SC/ST Act, 1989, registered at Women Police Station Rewari, District Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 22.08.2018 and the trial has not yet concluded. Hence, the petitioner be extended the concession of regular bail. Per contra, learned State counsel while opposing the prayer and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from SI Sarvestha, has apprised this Court that the trial is nearing completion and now it is fixed before trial Court for arguments. Heard.
