(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought to challenge the show cause notice dated 06.07.2015 (Annexure P-6) issued by respondent No.2 to the earlier allottee i.e. Maya Singh, whereby, the said allottee and the petitioner have been required to attend office of respondent No. 2 for explaining why plot No. 1180, Sector 9 & 11, Hisar under reserved category be not cancelled.

The allottee and the petitioner were required to attend office of respondent No.2. The petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed and comprehensive reply to the show cause notice, whereupon, respondent No.2 shall pass a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
