***** ARCHANA PURI, J Case has been called twice. However, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Perusal of the paper book reveals that the file was firstly taken up by this Court on 06.09.2021 and on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 13.01.2022. However, none had made appearance on 13.01.2022 and in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 21.04.2022. On 21.04.2022 case was called twice but there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 18.07.2022. Therafter, the case was taken up by this Court on 09.08.2022 and despite second call, none had made appearance on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, matter was adjourned to 28.10.2022. On 28.10.2022 none had made appearance on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 16.11.2022. Today, again even on second call, no one has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

CR-1804-2021 -2Considering the seriatim of dates given, even in the absence of learned counsel for the petitioner or her counsel, only on account of interest of justice, seemingly, the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present revision petition.
