The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in FIR No.168, dated 05.03.2023, registered under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 and Sections 17, 17(a), 17(b), 18A, 18(a) (i), 18(c), 27(b)(ii), 27 (c), 28 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
