(ORAL) Prayer in CM-10807-CII-2026 is for withdrawal of the instant revision petition which is listed for hearing on 26.05.2026 on the ground that parties have amicably settled their disputes. It has also been averred that a settlement agreement has also been executed and that under the circumstances, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the revision petition.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that for the aforesaid reasons, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant revision petition.

On the request of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, hearing of the instant revision petition is preponed from 26.05.2026 to today and is taken up for hearing.
