*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. The petitioner prays for the grant of bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No.06, dated 16.11.2018, registered under Section 18 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Sections 482 and 483 of IPC, 1860 added later on), at Police Station SSOC, Mohali, District SAS Nagar. In the caption of the petition, learned counsel representing the petitioner has disclosed that this is the first petition. The office has pointed out that the petitioner had filed CRM-M28818 and 51219 of 2019 which were dismissed on 16.07.2019 as well as 10.12.2019, respectively.
