**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order of termination of the services of the petitioner dated 16.05.2017 (Annexure P-6).

At the time of arguments, counsel for the petitioner states that against the order of termination of his services, petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 04.02.2019 (Annexure P-10) to the higher authorities.

Counsel for the petitioner states that though the appeal was filed on 04.02.2019, even after expiry of more than five months, no order has been passed by the respondents and the pendency of the said appeal is causing prejudice to the petitioner. Counsel further states that petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to NARESH KUMAR 2019.07.09 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
