RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.3 to 6 to sanction the mutation of the petitioners in all the revenue record and others in pursuance to the order dated 05.08.2019, Annexure P-3, passed by this Hon'ble Court, order dated 06.09.2016, Annexure P-2, passed by learned Additional District Judge and order dated 03.12.2015, Annexure P-1, passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Khadoor Sahib, and order dated 27.10.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Court of SDM-cum-Collector, Khadoor Sahib. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.5 to prepare the assessment with regard to land of the petitioners and others mentioned in the orders and judgment passed by the Courts mentioned above regarding the land acquired by respondent No.2 and to disburse the amount to the petitioners and others land owners mentioned in the above-mentioned judgment and orders passed by different Courts.

CWP-16170-2022 -2Learned State counsel has reiterated his submissions that the order pertaining to the mutation has already been passed. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that after hearing the arguments on 24.01.2024, the judgment was reserved by SDM, Khadoor Sahib, and thereafter he filed an application for providing a copy of the order on 25.01.2024, however, till date no copy of the order, dated 24.01.2024, has been supplied to him.

Learned State counsel has assured the Court that necessary order would be supplied to the petitioners within three days from today. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of. However, petitioners would be at liberty to avail their remedy, as available to them, in case any cause of action still accrues to them.
