(Oral) As per the affidavit filed by the Administrator, HSVP, Gurugram, the Chief Administrator has approved the payment of Rs.3,96,72,229/-, vide office order dated 09.05.2023, for the purchase of unacquired land measuring 3K-0M and as per the HSVP Policy, the payment is already made as per the Accounts Statement of the petitioner.

As per the affidavit filed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gurugram/respondent No.6, it is stated that as per the purchase policy dated 08.03.2019 regarding the request of the petitioner to purchase the unacquired land, the same is approved by the Chairman, HSVP vide memo dated 26.10.2021 and therefore, there is no willful disobedience of the order.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
