Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd & 3rd respondent i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka and Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jalalabad to take appropriate action on the representation dated 11.01.2017 (Annexure P-8) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
