The present appeal pertains to the year 2009. On 07.05.2025 learned counsel for the appellants stated that she had no instructions in the matter, therefore, notices were issued to the appellants. As per the service report, service could not be effected due to incomplete address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellants except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal concerned.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
