  For claiming the relief in terms of the aforesaid judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the petitioners have served legal notice dated 20.12.2014 (Annexure P74) but no action has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on the above said legal notice.
