(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 03.01.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana whereby in proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the respondents have been granted total interim maintenance of Rs.25,000/- p.m. (Rs.15,000/- p.m. to respondent No.1-wife and Rs.10,000/- p.m. to respondent No.2son). Order sheets shows that notice in the present case was issued by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.07.2022. Thereafter, on the last date of hearing i.e. 24.09.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "Order sheets shows that from the last two dates i.e. 03.11.2022 and 29.8.2023 there was no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today, learned proxy counsel has put in appearance on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner DIVYANSHI 2024.12.03 11:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR(F)-645-2022 (O&M) - 2and prays for an accommodation to address arguments on the ground that the arguing counsel is admitted in hospital. In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to make submissions. Adjourned to 29.11.2024."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable to contact with the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Moreover, vide impugned order dated 03.01.2022, interim maintenance has been granted to the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also unable to inform whether the main case is pending or disposed of. The trial would be an advanced stage.

Therefore, no ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 03.01.2022 is made out.

The present petition stands dismissed.
