*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The petitioner had earlier filed CWP No. 7492 of 2022 praying for a similar relief. The said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.04.2022 with liberty to make a detailed representation. Allegedly, representation dated 11.04.2022 (Annexure P-11) has been submitted but no order has been passed thereupon till date.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the pending representation dated 11.4.2022 (Annexure P-11) expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
