(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievances including moving an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Area Magistrate, if maintainable.
