*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are willing to pay the overdue amount and their loan account be regularized.

He further seeks liberty to seek recourse to the alternative remedy in accordance with law. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1-Bank submits that the overdue amount as on date is Rs.3,81,000/- and in the event of the petitioners paying the same on or before 12.06.2025, their loan account would be regularized.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Bank that in the event of petitioners paying a sum of Rs.3,81,000/- on or before 12.06.2025 their loan ARCHANA ARORA 2025.05.22 14:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 14511 of 2025 account will be regularized. The petitioners would be at liberty to seek recourse to the alternate remedy in accordance with law. 4.
