***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties on 13.02.2018. Same has been reduced into writing.
Learned State counsel submits that one son and one daughter of petitioner namely Vijay Kumar and Meena are living with Rajeev of their own free will. Learned State counsel submits that they are present in court. There is no danger to their life.
In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, any cause of action subsists.
