(Oral) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of transfer order dated 15.07.2016 by raising various grounds. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was issued a show cause notice and reply to the same has already been filed. The transfer order has been passed because of issuance of show cause notice. Certain other grounds have been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not moved any representation and without moving any representation and approaching the concerned authorities, the present writ petition has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ NEETU RANI 2016.07.26 13:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities by moving

CWP No.14422 of 2016 representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner also prays for issuance of direction to decide the representation.
