The prayer made in this petition is for re-evaluation of the answer sheet of the 10th class of the petitioner, though admittedly there is no provision for re-evaluation.

Counsel for the petitioner has failed to cite any law that in the absence of any provision in the relevant rules or regulations, mandamus can be issued for re-evaluation because mandamus can be issued only when the petitioner has a right and the respondent has a corresponding duty to perform.
