(Oral) Petitioner by way of present petition is seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for releasing detenue namely Charanjit Singh, who is stated to be in illegal detention of respondent No.3-Kuldeep Singh. Learned State counsel submits that verification has been conducted and it has been found that the detenue is living with respondent No.3-Kuldeep Singh at present. He is not in any illegal detention. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
