Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the alleged detenue namely Pushpinder Dhaliwal has solemnized marriage with Sandeep Singh (respondent no. 7). According to him, there is no danger to life of the alleged detenue. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and same is dismissed as such.
