(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of transfer order dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure P-3) qua the petitioner and respondent No.5. A prayer has also been made for issuance of direction to respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in Block Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred just to accommodate respondent No.5-Rajni Kumari as a request was made by her and the petitioner has been made scapegoat. A representation (Annexure P-4) has also been made by the petitioner on 13.07.2016 to respondent No.2 mentioning therein that she is not having parents and is unmarried as well but no action has been taken thereupon. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
