Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 04.02.2026, a detailed speaking order dated 25.05.2026 has been passed. A copy of the said speaking order has been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments which is taken on record and marked as Mark "A" and a copy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order and thus, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order, in accordance with law. 3.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
