Learned State counsel submits that the alleged detenue namely Sonam is present in court. Her statement has been recorded. According to same, she is living with her parents of her own free will. Learned counsel appearing for the alleged detenue makes a statement on similar lines. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
