Learned State counsel submits that daughter of the petitioner namely Paramjit Kaur has got married to Aksar Singh (respondent no. 5). She is living with him of her own free will. According to him, she is present in court and there is no danger to her life.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is dismissed.
