Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners have sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.29 dated 21.05.2024, under Section(s) 61 and 78(2) of Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at P.S. Tibber, District Gurdaspur. 2.
After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.
Leave granted.
