IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No. 10881-2017 (O&M) Decided on :08.11.2023 Satish . .Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana and others . . . Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI PRESENT: None for the petitioner.
Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana.
**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) 1.
Short reply has been filed on behalf of respondents-State in the Court today and the same is taken on record.
2.
In the said reply, it has been mentioned that the leave without pay for the period from 12.08.2015 to 04.05.2016 i.e. for 87 days taken by the petitioner has now been converted into the earned leave, hence, the claim of the petitioner has already been satisfied. 3.
As, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, probably the petitioner is satisfied with the said action of the respondents- department, hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 4.
It is made clear that in case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the action of the respondents-State, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the petition. (HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI) JUDGE 08.11.2023 Riya Whether speaking/reasoned:
