(Oral) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.186 dated 20.03.2020, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 61-1-14 of Excise Act, Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jitender, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.10.2020 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of accordingly.
