Reply by way of affidavit of Amrik Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Phillaur, Jalandhar has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has been arrested pursuant to two FIRs registered against him. Intimation regarding his arrest has been sent to his father. Report of warrant officer is on similar lines.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
