Learned State counsel submits that alleged detenue is not in illegal custody. She has performed marriage with respondent no. 4 and is living with him of her own free will. A case under section 346 has been registered against respondent no. 4 but same has been cancelled. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
