Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for to set aside order dated 14.9.2020 (Annexure P4) vide which Bindu who is stated to be a junior colleague of the petitioner has been transferred to Mohali against a newly created post while ignoring the request made by petitioner.
