Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to pay compensation on account of acquisition of land owned by the petitioners.

As there was huge delay in payment of compensation for acquired land, the matter has been taken up and is being monitored in CWP No. 727 of 2017, M/s Daulatram-Dharambir Auto Private Limited Vs. State of Haryana and others, which is pending for 31.05.2017. Hence, we do not wish to entertain individual petitions for the same relief.
