This is a petition seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release the detenues mentioned in Para 4 of the petition from the illegal detention of respondents No.4 to 7.

Present petition is disposed of with a direction that Deputy Commissioner, Karnal would conduct an enquiry into the matter and, in case, detenues are found at the spot, they would be released forthwith.
