Learned counsel for the contemner submits that the contemner is ready and willing to furnish his unconditional apology. 2.

The contemner is present in Court and he has tendered unconditional apology in the shape of his affidavit.

Keeping in view the unconditional apology tendered by the contemner through an affidavit, this Court is constrained to accept the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent. Consequently, the instant contempt petition is closed and the respondent is discharged. 4.
