RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 16.11.2022, Annexure P-1, passed by learned Superintendent Canal Officer Drainage, Drainage Construction Officer, Ferozepur, i.e. respondent No.2 and order dated 15.07.2022, Annexure P-2, passed by Divisional Canal Officer, Canal Division, Abohar, i.e. respondent No.3. It is further prayed to stay the operation and implementation of the order dated 16.11.2022, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.2 and order dated 15.07.2022, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.3 during pendency of the writ petition.

This case is pending since 03.07.2023. Time and again adjournments are being sought. Today also the same request is made. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
