After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if he makes a fresh representation to the State and same is considered by it and a fresh order is passed. He submits that State may also consider the clarifications obtained by him under Right to Information Act contained in Annexures P-5 to P-7.

Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana, with whom advance copy of the petition is available accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent(s). She submits that in case petitioner submits a representation within 15 days from today, it shall be considered at the earliest and a fresh order shall be passed not later than three weeks thereafter.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed off.
