(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in CIS SC164/2018 wherein petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 21.04.2022 in case FIR No.658 dated 23.12.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC and lateron added Section 307 IPC at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh. Vide order dated 26.07.2022 petitioner was granted interim bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this subject to his appearance before the trial Court on the next date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 26.07.2022 petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail.
