MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of necessary directions to learned trial Court to conclude trial in FIR No.72 dated 11.03.2021 (P-1) under Sections 307, 323 & 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station, Dharuhera, District Rewari in time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial is pending for the last four years and out of total 36 prosecution witnesses, only 7 have been examined till date. Further contends that there is no progress before learned trial Court; therefore direction be issued to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the paper-book.

This Court is not oblivious of the fact that every trial Court is overburdened with the dockets; therefore, no such direction can be issued. 5.

However, taking into consideration the fact that FIR was registered in March, 2021 and trial is pending for the last four years; therefore SANJAY 2025.05.21 18:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
