Reply by way of affidavit of Jaspal Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Zira, District Ferozepur has been filed in court. Same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that alleged detenue is not in illegal custody. She has performed marriage with respondent no. 4 namely Ravi Singh. Her statement has been recorded, according to which, she is living with respondent no. 4 of her own free will. He further submits that an FIR was registered in which challan has been presented against parents of Ravi Singh.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
