For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Delay of 18 days in filing the appeal is condoned. FAO-2018 of 2009 Through this appeal appellant-claimant has laid challenge to award dated 05.11.2008 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jhajjar (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal'), whereby his claim petition under Section 163-A of the Motor Vehicles Act (for short the 'Act') was dismissed. Heard.

Since, appellant before the Tribunal claimed his income more than `6,000/- per month i.e. `72,000/- per annum, therefore, the Tribunal RAVINDER SINGH 2019.09.02 15:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document has rightly dismissed his claim petition under Section 163-A of the Act
