**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance directions to the official respondents to transfer inquiry/investigation in case bearing application No.1152/Peshi/26.05.2023 filed by respondent No.5 against the petitioners, which is pending before respondent No.4-DSP, PBI-cumNDPS, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite of the fact that the application moved by respondent No.5 for further investigation was dismissed by the Magistrate concerned, yet the DSP is proceeding with the inquiry.
