***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of detenue-Baskar from the illegal detention of respondent No.5. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Devender Singh, submits that the alleged detenue, at present, is in Nari Niketan in view of order dated 05.01.2018 passed by JMIC, Mobile Court at Pinangawan. He further submits that her statement shall be recorded. In case she is ready to accompany the petitioner, the concerned court shall be apprised.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
