Learned State counsel submits that alleged detenue is not in illegal custody. She has married respondent no. 4 namely Suraj of her own free will. According to available information, she is living with him. He further submits that an FIR has been lodged by the petitioner at police station Rania district Sirsa. Investigation pursuant to same is pending. In view of same, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.

It is, however, directed that further investigation pursuant to aforesaid FIR be carried out under direct supervision of Superintendent of Police, Sirsa March 13, 2018 (RAJAN GUPTA) Ajay JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
