(ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent(s) to stick to the duly sanctioned plan of the respondent No.2 with regard to laying of sewerage pipeline/rising main for the discharge of storage of Samrala town to Budha Nallah.

Mr. Sanjeev Soni, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that sewerage pipeline has already been constructed and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stands vindicated and no cause of action survives in the matter.
