***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jai Bhagwan, submits that the allegations levelled in the complaint have been found to be false. Alleged detenue namely Rekha is a mentally retarded girl and is being looked after by her mother. She is not in illegal detention. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
