MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Pursuant to order dated 22.02.2021, learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Patiala, has filed her explanation vide letter No.18 dated 02.03.2021 with regard to grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is perused.

As the petitioner has already been granted the concession of bail by the trial court under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. which is an indefeasible right, no action is required on this petition. The petition is disposed of.
