(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that as the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment, dated 25.08.2017, rendered by this Court in CWP No. 13368 of 2015 (Harish Chand v. State of Haryana and others), and other connected matters, therefore, the present petition too is required to be disposed of in the same terms, and the petitioners are entitled to the same relief.

Accordingly, orders dated 13.12.2016 (Annexure P-2 Colly), are set aside and the petition is disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in the case of Harish Chand (supra).
