(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that after being recruited as Maths Master on 08.01.1983, he completed 30 years of service with the respondent's department on 03.01.2013 but the benefits of 3rd Annual Career Progression has not been granted to him.
In this regard, he has given a legal notice dated 01.09.2015 (Annexure P-7) to the respondent(s) but no decision has been taken thereon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 01.09.2015 (Annexure P-7), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 01.09.2015 (Annexure P-7), by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
