Present appeal has been preferred by the claimant aggrieved by the quantum of compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bathinda (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') vide award dated 18.03.2019.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-Insurance Company, at the outset, states that the Insurance Company is ready to pay an amount of ₹50,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal. 3.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that the offer is acceptable and that the claimant-appellant is willing to take the amount of ₹50,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal as full and final settlement of her claim.

In view thereof, the Insurance Company shall pay an amount of ₹50,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal JITENDER KUMAR 2026.01.28 09:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
FAO-5091-2019 -2towards the full and final settlement of the claim of the claimant-appellant. The Insurance Company shall hand over a cheque in the sum of ₹50,000/- in the name of the claimant-appellant to learned counsel for the claimantappellant within a period of six weeks from today failing which the claimantappellant shall be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum. 5.
Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
